1. Acceptance
By using Better You you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. Not medical advice (important)
Better You provides general fitness, nutrition, and educational information only. It is NOT medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice and is NOT a substitute for a physician, dietitian, or qualified professional.
- Bloodwork explanations are educational and never diagnostic.
- Calorie, macro, and training recommendations are general estimates, not prescriptions.
- Consult a qualified professional before starting any diet or exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
- Stop and seek care if you experience pain, dizziness, chest symptoms, or injury.
You use all recommendations at your own risk.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 and able to form a binding contract.
4. Accounts
You're responsible for your account and the accuracy of the data you enter. AI outputs depend on your inputs.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid tiers renew until cancelled. Billing is handled by the app store / Stripe per their terms. Manage or cancel via your store account or in-app. Refunds follow the applicable store/payment-processor policy.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, reverse-engineer it, or upload unlawful content or other people's data without permission.
7. Intellectual property
The app, content, and brand are owned by the operator. Your logged data remains yours.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes arising from reliance on the app's information.
9. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the service. Continued use means acceptance. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing law
The laws applicable to the operator's place of business.
Subscriptions purchased in the iPhone app are also governed by Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement (EULA).
